What ShowerGuard® is (and what it’s not)
What it is
A factory-applied protective surface on the shower glass that helps reduce how easily minerals and soap residue embed into the glass.
Note: It’s an upgrade on new shower glass only (applied during manufacturing).
What it’s not
- Not “self-cleaning” glass
- Not a spray you reapply later
- Not scratch-proof
It still needs normal care — it just helps make cleaning easier and keeps glass looking nicer longer.
Maintenance
A simple routine works best:
- Rinse after use when possible
- Dry with a soft cloth or squeegee
- Use non-abrasive cleaners (avoid harsh scouring pads)
